Website going public

I have submitted the registration for the Troop Website, and I have asked for it to be registered on the Scatacook site.   Looks like I have a lead on how to get it registered in the Beascout.org site as well.  That appears to be done thru the MyScouting.org site, and can only be completed by the Unit Leader or Commitee chair.

Website coming along

The website is up, and I am in the process of adding content to the Public version of the Homepage.  I've been in contact with the District Webmaster ( and our Wood Badge Scoutmaster) about getting the web site listed on the District site and Beascout site.

Court of Honor Dinner

The scouts have been bringing in their meals for the Court of Honor Potluck dinner, and there is a good variety of dishes that will be served.  I was personally surprise at the nationality of some of the scouts, based on their last names.  It's shaping up to be a good dinner, and some of the leaders (myself included)  will be bringing and talking about their dishes as well.
